Vox is a very friendly choir, a mix of people from the local community and some from further afield. At our Tuesday night rehearsals, you will find lots of people to chat to over a cup of tea or a glass of wine. We also have a pastoral team to welcome and introduce new members and to get involved in the social organising.
Vox welcomes singers with no experience and learning the music for your first term can seem a daunting task. Everyone feels like this sometimes, so do come and talk to one of us and we’ll do our best to help.
There is usually a group from the choir heading out the pub after rehearsals – ask one of us and we will point you in the right direction.
We have reps from each voice group, so if you spot them, do go and talk to them, either to say hello, or to ask about any problems or concerns you may have.
