This term at Vox – The Year of Jubilee
This term we will be singing The Year of Jubilee: a programme of old and new spirituals, telling the amazing story of the Fisk Jubilee Singers – the first slaves to be educated, who then formed a choir and toured the world to raise funds to build their University.
First rehearsal: Tuesday 12 April, sign-up from 7pm for a 7:30pm singing start, St Luke’s church.

A Hum about Mine Ears concert, Sunday 6 March
Join us this Sunday 6 March for our concert, A Hum about Mine Ears, taking place in the Barbcian.
A composition by Clara Sanabras, orchestrated by Harvey Brough, which sets Shakespeare’s The Tempest in new surroundings.
Vox Holloway will be performing with the Chorus of Dissent and the Britten Sinfonia. The performance will be conducted by Harvey Brough.
Tickets are £5 and are available to buy through the Barbcian.
Performance start: 6pm

Spring 2016 – A Hum About Mine Ears – join us!
Rehearsals for this term start on Tuesday 12 January with sign-up from 7pm for a 7.30pm singing start. Here is some info if you are considering joining us for the first time.
This term we will be singing A Hum about Mine Ears, a composition by Clara Sanabras, based on Shakespeare’s The Tempest. Our performance will be in the Barbican on Sunday 6 March.
Music on the Mind – SOLD OUT
Tickets for our Music on the Mind concert have now sold out (both online and paper ticket sales at rehearsal). There will likely be some return tickets available on the door, but we cannot guarantee this.
